Appearance:
Garret has a long blond hair, reaching his shoulders, and he's about 6,1 taller. He has a strong body, and his eyes were once light gree, but since he got blind they turned into grey.
Personality:
Garret is the typical nice guy. He's gentle to everyone and has a good heart. Before meeting Rapunzel he was too naive, and being fooled by her made him not believing on people so easily. He believes all things are solved by talk and no violence, and he'll try his best to make everything fine with his calm spirit.

History:
Garret is son of Lord Arthur Lockhart, and by the age of 28, he became the youngest man named Lord into his country, and getting a place into a town Council. When he was 12, a fire consumed the old farm they lived, and on that day, Garret lost his mother and his sight. Since then it was only him and his father, and Arthur raised his son to be a noble man, and despite his blindness, Garret learned how to live without any help or pity, in fact, the people from his town respect him and his father, taking them as example. Garret is a fond of walking alone into the forest, near his mansion, and practices falconry regularly.
He's a wise and sensible man, and has a noble heart. There was only one time he went out the line. One day he met a woman, Rapunzel. She was trying to con on him, and during the act, they both fell in love. He even proposed to her, and once his father heard about it, he started investigating her past. When Garret knew about her, and she was a con artist, he broke up with her, and never came back to that city.
Years from meeting Rapunzel, he heard she was one of the victims of the famous case of kidnapping, and he felt sorrow knowing she didn't survived.
Nowadays, he forgot about Rapunzel, and he is very happy getting newly married with Daria, who he's a devoted husband, and treats her with respect and love. She understands him, and she is very proud of her husband, because despite his handicap, he's better than any man at the council.
Present:
He was having a normal day near the forest, when he got hit and he blacked out. Now he's in a stranger place... And he thought he was only trapped in there because of his acquaintance with Rapunzel. After he was kidnapped, his family searched for him everywhere, and many lost hope on finding him alive. Daria is one of the few people that believe he's still alive, and refuses to believe otherwise. He wishes his family is safe, and all he wanted is going back home.
